Sanders Eco-Renovation

This resource- efficient remodel and addition includes several energy-efficiency upgrades. The design provides a much needed functional, environmental and aesthetic improvement to an existing1950's ranch-style residence. The additional space was achieved with SIP's (structural insulated panels) and the retrofit of energy-efficient windows. Other upgrades include a reconfiguration of cooling systems, improved daylighting, and improved internal and indoor/outdoor functional and spatial relationships
