Schultz Residence (in design)

Yavapai County, Arizona - 2000-2003

A site and view responsive home in a CCR-restricted subdivision. The design will utilize solar-electric and solar-thermal active systems, and passively respond to large amounts of winter sunlight and year-round breezes. The result is a sophisticated, rich building form.
