Butzine Home (project)

Wickenburg, Arizona - 1999

This elegant, resource-efficient, two-story, hilltop design uses a Rastra insulated concrete form system. The building form integrates a simple layout on a hilltop site. It is conceived to reach out into the undulating terrain and connect the home with the land. Assimilation of radial and orthagonal geometry creates an efficient, economical structure that facilitates exceptional solar and architectural design.
