Enkoji Residence (project)

Scottsdale, Arizona - 1995

This eloquent and resource-efficient design involves insulated block, engineered lumber and passive strategies. An efficient floor plan, modeled from that of the APS Environmental Showcase Home. Furthermore, it uses two simple curves in plan, and careful placement of regularly spaced roof joists to create a dynamic, desert-appropriate and climatically responsive building form.
